Q1. What currency do you sell in?

A. We only use GBP. Your card will be charged the GBP amount shown at the time of checkout.

Q2. Do you keep all sofas in stock?

A. Most sofas are held in our stock and can be delivered within a day or 2, those that are not are normally delivered direct from factory within 2 weeks. When you checkout your basket you will be able to select the earliest available delivery date based on availability.

Q3. Where are your sofas manufactured?

A. Our sofas come from a variety of countries such as China and Italy with a large number made locally here in the UK.

Q4. Will you remove my old sofa?

A. Yes, we can remove the old sofa, however, the old sofa must have the same number or less of seating places than the new sofa. We make multiple deliveries on each trip for a vehicle, if your old sofa is bigger than the new, we may not be able to get the old sofa onto our vehicle.

Q5. Is there a charge for removing my old sofa?

A. Yes, there is a charge of £30 to remove your old sofa.

Q6. How do I arrange the removal of my old sofa?

A. This can only be done at the time you place your order, please select the option for ‘removal of old sofa’ during the order process or you can ring the store 2 working days prior to delivery. We cannot remove the old sofa if you make this request on the day of delivery.

Q7. Will you take away the packaging material that comes with the new sofa?

A. Yes, we always remove the packaging unless asked not to do so. We only remove packaging on the same visit as the delivery of the sofa.

Q8. Will I have to get a friend to help me get the sofa into the room of my choice?

A. If you selected a delivery option that includes ‘Delivery into room our your choice’ we will deliver your new sofa into the room of your choice.
